11.07.2011 - Today, the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) announced the 2011 graduating class of the Partners Program. The latest class of graduates completed the program at the organization’s Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) on Oct. 24, 2011, in Williamsburg, VA. 09.21.2011 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC (E3) has been selected by the U.S. Census Bureau Technologies Management Office (TMO) to provide program and financial management support.  Under this three-year, $2.8M contract, E3 will assist the TMO to plan, manage, and execute its mission support programs and projects from developing critical documentation and schedules to tracking and evaluating program status and providing recommendations and solutions.  E3 will also provide budget management support services including financial analysis and reporting and contract financial support.  This contract award reflects E3’s core competencies in providing innovative program and financial management support services on mission-critical programs.

06.22.2011 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC has been named to the 2011 United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service Small Business Contractor of the Year. E3 was nominated and selected for their support of the Forest Service’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Recipient Reporting requirements.

06.16.2011 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was awarded a follow-on prime contract to provide American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Operations and Oversight Support Services to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service. This five (5) year award will take E3’s support of the Forest Service’s ARRA requirements through December 2015.

05.13.2011 -E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was awarded a prime contract to provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (OIG). Along with our strategic partner, Qwest Communications, E3 will provide a full range of technical, functional, and managerial expertise in support of the Administration and Management (A&M) Office and the Office of Communications and Congressional Liaison (OCCL).

05.05.2011 -E3 Federal Solutions, LLC has been awarded a 5 year, $26 million Task Order for Support for Training, Acquisition, and Financial Reporting (STAFF) at General Service Administration’s (GSA) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM). Under this contract, E3 will continue to provide the same acquisition, program, and financial management services to FEDSIM it has been delivering successfully for the last 3 years. In addition, the new STAFF task order offers E3 the opportunity to provide services and resources in technical writing, training, and contract specialist support. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to continue service to our flagship customer for another 5 years and look forward to the opportunities that the new STAFF task order brings for FEDSIM and our company,” said Kathleen Sober, E3 President.

04.28.2011 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was awarded a subcontract by its partner Markon Solutions to perform Acquisition Policy Support by the Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OA&L), Department of Veterans Affairs. E3 will be responsible for the development and oversight of the implementation of specific Government-wide acquisition initiatives, development and deployment of acquisition policy, programs and practices for the acquisition of goods and services. This support will impact Federal and National VA acquisition initiatives.

04.27.2011 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was awarded a subcontract by its partner YRCI to perform Acquisition Management Support and Program and Project Management services on a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) issued by Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). E3 will be providing services to assist agencies in planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out mission-oriented business programs and projects.

03.01.2011 - Everett S. Johnson, CEO & Founder of E3 Federal Solutions, LLC, was selected for ACT/IAC 2011 Partners Program. The Partners Program is a highly regarded executive leadership development program that provides an environment that aids in breaking down communication barriers between government and industry and is a great opportunity for each side to better understand how and why the other side operates. 02.15.2011 - Kieran McHargue, PMP, a Principal with E3 Federal Solutions, was selected for ACT-IAC Working Group to Recommend Ways to Improve the Acquisition of Federal Financial Management Systems. OMB requested the assistance of American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) in providing industry input on key implementation issues associated with the new strategy for modernizing federal financial management systems that would replace large-scale business transformations with a more segmented approach that focuses on essential business needs. The working group, comprised of subject matter experts, will present thoughts and ideas to the Director of Office of Federal Financial Management (OFFM), senior representatives of OMB, as well as members of the CFO Council and CIO Council. “This opportunity for Industry to collaborate and exchange ideas with Government is key to identifying and recommending best practices for the modernization of federal financial systems,” says Mr. McHargue.

10.26.2010 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC has been named to the 2010 Washington Technology FAST 50 list, a ranking of the fastest growing small business government contractors.  While the US economy continues to recover from a protracted recession, Washington Technology has recognized E3 Federal Solutions, LLC for it string, steady performance over the past five years.

According to Washington Technology, the FAST 50 selection is based on percentage growth of government revenue over a period of five years.  This includes all prime and subcontracting revenue from Federal, state and local government contracts.  E3 Federal Solutions, LLC ranks 17th on the FAST 50 with a compound annual growth rate of 123.6% and is featured in the October 2010 media and print editions of Washington Technology magazine.

06.21.2010 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC announced today that it has been awarded a modification to their current five-year Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) to include SIN-7, Program and Project Management. The contract enables E3 to offer its program management services to both its existing client base as well as new customers throughout the federal government.

04.13.2010 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was awarded the option year on its current prime contract to provide American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) recipient reporting support services to the United States Forest Service.

12.30.2009 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was awarded a prime contract to provide American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) recipient reporting support services to the United States Forest Service.

12.24.2009 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC, as partner to XL Associates, was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide acquisition management support services to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO). This contract vehicle adds to E3’s presence within DHS’ Headquarters components.

07.09.2009 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC announced today that it has been awarded a five-year Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). The contract enables E3 to offer its acquisition management and business consulting services to both its existing client base as well as new customers throughout the federal government.

03.11.2009 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC, as partner to Integrity Management Consulting, was awarded the primary Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide acquisition management support services to the General Services Administration (GSA) in all 11 GSA regions that cover all states and territories. E3 will provide acquisitions and program management support on this BPA which will be used to support projects related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan on 2009.

12.15.2008 - E3 Federal Solutions, LLC announced today that it has been awarded its third task order under their General Services Administration (GSA) Acquisitions and Program Management Support IDIQ. This task order will provide acquisition management support services to assist GSA FEDSIM in procuring and managing large and complex DoD and civilian acquisitions.
